At Grizedale
Nina has been involved in a number of projects with Grizedale as part of collaborative duo Pope and Guthrie. Nina first worked with Grizedale in 1999 during a residency. One of four artists (Karen Guthrie, Anna Best, and Simon Poulter) who formed the collective, ‘The People From Off’ (a local term for outsiders) they contributed to A Different Weekend with their Festival of Lying. They also made a film and promotional material about local forest worker and amateur rally driver David Shuttleworth. Since then Pope and Guthrie have been a regular fixture in Grizedale’s projects contributing to Grizedale Show, Romantic Detachment, Seven Samurai, Return of the Seven Samurai and Agrifashionista.tv.
